How to be ready
Private sales move quickly, so the buyers who succeed are usually prepared. Have financing agreed in principle, know your non-negotiables and tell us honestly what you would compromise on.
When a suitable home comes up, we will call you first and arrange a private viewing, often within a few days. There is no fee for buyers to join our list.
